New Lawns:

Step 1- The soil must first be conditioned to a level rock free surface. Using state of the art equipment carbide-tipped teeth on our drum attachments rip through hardpan and pulverize the soil and surface rocks. These rocks are then collected and either dumped on site in key locations or hauled off the site. Weeds are treated to insure a weed free site.

Step 2- Soil may then be added depending the amount of clay present. Gereral industy standards are 1 inch of topsoil base. More or less soil may be necessary depending on conditions.

Step 3- Pick your grass installation option. Seed or sod are the two options available. Traditional seed and straw or Hydroseed are the seed options. Sod is a process of transplanting mature grass strips directly into place.
